Geo22203 Variety

Geo22203 is a new selection of yellow nectarine that ripens very late (September 5-10 in Emilia Romagna). Size A-AA, the fruit is bicolor, slightly marbled on the colored part. Flesh is clingstone, and firm balanced flavour tending toward acid, but very pleasant due to its intense aroma.

Najasia* Variety

Najasia is a very productive variety with good caliber (AA), bicolor skin and very interesting for the medium-late ripening period. The plant is vigorous with a medium-open habit of growth and medium-late flowering. The pulp is firm, sweet with a low acidity level.

Nesta 32* Variety

Nesta32 is a new Italian variety characterized by very high quality fruit, firm pulp and free stone. The shape of the fruit is slightly oblong with a medium caliber AA. Flowering is medium-late. We recommend pruning similar to that normally adopted on the Big Top.

Najiris Veriety*

Najiris is an early variety, ripens a few days before Carene and is characterized by a very high caliber for the period (AA) with semi-spherical fruit and red blush on 100% of the surface. Early flowering but still very productive variety, particularly suitable for the Southern cultivation areas.

Najipop* Variety

Najipop is a new very early yellow nectarine variety. It anticipates Rebus028 by a few days with spherical fruit, of good caliber for the period (medium caliber A) and is characterized by the almost total absence of rustiness and cracked fruits. It is advisable to prune on strong laterals and carry out early thinning. Very productive variety despite early flowering.

Atanais* Variety

Atanais* is a brand-new variety of early ripening yellow nectarine tree. It usually ripens a few days before Big Tops, it’s able to produce extremely tasty and sweet fruits, thanks to the high sugar content, with large size (AA) and very firm flesh. Il frutto è di ottimo sapore, dolce con elevato grado zuccherino.

Early flowering time, perfect for southern areas where Atanais* grows at its best.

Gea* Variety

Gea is a mis season yellow nectarine selected in our experimental orchards. The plant is low vigor, very rustic with a semi-spread growth habit. Abundant, mid-season flowering. The fruit is round, red colored on 90-100% of its surface and has a slow ripening. Fruit size is large (AA-AAA) even on weak branches and productivity is high. Freestone flesh, with excellent sweet taste. Gea does not show particular sensitivity to bacteriosis or cracking of the fruit.

Dulciva* Variety

Dulciva is a late-season yellow nectarine, very promising. The tree has medium-high vigour with semi-erect growth habit, high yield and is easy-to-manage. The fruit has spherical shape, large size with red overcolor on 60-70% of the fruit surface. The flesh is firm and clingstone. The taste is typically sub-acid with low acidity and mean organoleptic characteristics. It is not susceptible to damages caused by rain.

Dulcior* Variety

Dulcior is a new late ripening yellow nectarine (+5/7 days compared to Febe and Dulciva) with exceptional pomological characteristics. The fruits are big (average caliber AA-AAA), brilliant red on the 70% of the surface, sferical with free stone flesh. Taste is sweet with mid-low acidity level. The tree is vigorous with an expanded habit and not particularly sensitive to the main plant diseases (e.g. bacteriosis).

Febe* Variety

Febe is a yellow nectarine selected in our trial ochards. The tree has medium-low vigour with erect growth habit, very hardy and productive. Flowering is abundant and mid-season. The fruit is spherical, large-sized and bi-colored (bright red blush on 70% of the fruit skin). The flesh is very firm, semi-clingstone. The taste is excellent, very aromatic, sweet, with low acidity.
