Big Top® Zaitabo* Variety
Big Top is a benchmark variety in nectarine cultivars: characterised by the appearance of the fruit (bright red color on 100% fruit surface), the crisp flesh and the sub-acid taste. The ripening on the trees is very low and shelf-life of the fruit after harvest is prolonged. The plant is very vigorous and erect with a medium-low quantity of flowers. It‘s very important to properly manage the thinning and pruning especially to enhance the productivity.
