Dulcis* Variety

Dulcis is a variety of medium-late yellow nectarine produced exclusively by Geoplant Vivai that stands out for the valuable characteristics of the fruit (appearance, tightness and flavor), and a good hardiness of the plant, especially for its tolerance to pre-harvest rains. Of large and uniform size (AA-A, about 200 g) and regular round shape, with high consistency and resistance to the plant; yellow epidermis coated for 70% with red overcolour, of medium intensity, faded-marbled (following rainy events it does not show discoloration); the pulp is dark and slowly matured (type “Big Top”), yellow in color, with no red pigmentation (if not very light at the core), juicy, with an excellent flavor and aromatic. The core is adherent, of medium size.
