Albinova – AL119* Variety

Albinova is a mid-late variety, self-fertile with very late flowering. It’s particularly suitable in flat areas or regions with continental climate. Plant is vigorous and erect with flowering located mainly on spurs. Because of that we suggest a good summer pruning. Ripening is mid-late (= Bergeron), the caliber is very elevated (3A – 4A), heart-shaped with orange ground color (very brilliant) and red blush on the 15-20% of the skin of the exposed fruits. Flesh is crisp, free-stone with a very long life on the trees and on cold-store. Taste is the most interesting characteristic of the variety, because of a great Aroma and perfect balancing between acidity and sugar.
